Warranty and Inspection Automation for Commercial Roofs

Turn Your Inspections Into Predictable Revenue

RoofWatchPro helps roofing contractors stay on top of commercial roof warranties, inspections, and follow-up work.

Built for Commercial-focused Roofing Contractors

RoofWatchPro is for roofing companies that:

  • Manage commercial roofs under warranty (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, etc.).
  • Juggle inspections across warehouses, logistics centers, big-box retail, and industrial buildings.
  • Track warranties and inspections in spreadsheets, calendars, or one person’s head.
  • Want to turn inspections into predictable service and maintenance revenue, not just one-off installs.

The Problem: Scattered Warranties, Missed Inspections, Lost Revenue

Roofing contractors didn’t get into business to babysit warranty dates and inspection reminders.

Common issues we hear:

  • Warranties scattered across emails, PDFs, and spreadsheets
  • Inspections missed or done late, causing tension with manufacturers and building owners
  • Photos and notes stuck in phones or random apps — tough to turn into clean reports
  • Repair opportunities slipping through the cracks because follow-up isn’t systematic

The result: more stress around warranties, and less predictable maintenance and service revenue.

RoofWatchPro Keeps Your Warranties Active and Your Service Pipeline Full

We’re building a simple system to organize your commercial roofs, automate inspection schedules, and make it easy to turn findings into quotes and work orders.

Commercial Roof and Warranty Tracking

  • Keep all your commercial roofs in one place: address, system, warranty term, expiration.
  • See at a glance which buildings are under warranty and what the inspection requirements are.

Inspection Schedules and Reminders

  • Auto-generate inspection schedules for each roof based on your warranty rules.
  • See overdue and upcoming inspections for the next 12–24 months.
  • Make it clear which building needs attention this week, not "sometime soon."

From Inspection to Maintenance Revenue

  • Capture photos, notes, and findings in a structured way.
  • Turn inspection findings into quoted repair/maintenance work instead of forgotten notes.
  • Over time, build a repeatable maintenance program your customers can rely on.

Pilot Offer: Free 2-Year Inspection Calendar Audit

We’re working with a small number of contractors in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to shape the product.

Here’s what the free audit includes:

  • You send a simple export of your recent commercial / flat roofs (last 1–2 years, no sensitive info).
  • We clean it up into a single roof & warranty list.
  • We map out overdue and upcoming inspections for the next 12–24 months.
  • We highlight likely warranty risk and maintenance/repair opportunities you may be missing.

In return, all we ask for is a 15–20 minute call to walk you through the findings and get your feedback.

Who’s Behind RoofWatchPro?

Hi, I’m John Lander, based in Dallas, TX.

I’m building RoofWatchPro after seeing how much manual effort and risk goes into managing commercial roof warranties and inspections. I’m working closely with a handful of contractors to build a focused tool that actually fits how you work.

If you’re open to sharing what’s working (and not working) in your business, I’d love to learn from you and see if I can help.

FAQs

Is this another CRM?

No. RoofWatchPro is focused specifically on commercial roofs, warranties, and inspections. It’s meant to complement whatever CRM/project system you already use, not replace it.

What does the pilot cost?

The inspection calendar audit is free for early pilot contractors. If we continue working together beyond that, we’ll discuss pricing based on the value we create and the scope of your portfolio.

Do I have to switch all my jobs into a new system?

No. We’re starting with your commercial / flat roof portfolio under warranty. If this proves valuable, we’ll explore expanding coverage.

Do you work only with DFW roofers?

We’re starting in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, but we’re open to talking with contractors in other regions who have a strong commercial portfolio.
